Another coffee themed card to share with you on this beautiful Rubbernecker Thursday! For today’s card I used an embossing folder that I have had for quite some time, unfortunately I do not remember the name. ( it is from Tim Holtz/Sizzix ) I embossed my Oatmeal Cookie card stock then applied Cocoa Powder Ink to the raised areas. I was not super careful while doing this, as I wanted that distressed look. I also worked my ink around the outer edge. When my Cocoa Powder ink was dry I used my Versa mark ink pad to cover the whole panel, sprinkled the whole thing with clear embossing powder, and heat set. This is so shiny in real life, the photo did not capture how shiny this is.
For the sentiment I used a brand new Rubbernecker stamp, Out Of Jail #1052-10, so funny!! It says ” I have one cup of coffee each morning, just to start the day off right. The other ones are to keep me out of jail, help me form sentences, and fuel my razor sharp wit.” A touch of Oatmeal Cookie Gingham Ribbon finishes this card perfectly.
