Hope you are having a wonderful day today, and thank you for joining me for another Rubbernecker Design Team Sunday! I have been playing with my Ken Oliver Color Burst watercolors again! So FUN! I made these pretty papers in a few different colors, if you make a whole sheet of watercolor paper you will have enough beautiful paper for several projects. I used just a tiny bit of each to die cut my balloons for this card. I stamped my Watercolor Stripe Background #690 onto Cool Pool card stock, in Cool Pool ink. I think it is the perfect subtle background for my bright balloons! I attached the black Journey Twine to each balloon, then attached my balloons to the card front, some are glued directly to the paper others are popped up with foam tape.
This Rubbernecker sentiment just makes me laugh (it is SO me! I always seem to be late with my birthday cards, if they get in the mail at all…cringe!) It is another new one, Belated Birthday #1054-03, so new I do not think it is in the store yet… it says “Heard you’re celebrating a belated birthday this year…bet all those other fools sent cards on time!” He He He!
Again I am so glad you stopped by today, please pop over to the Rubbernecker Inspiration blog and check out the other fabulous cards! Don’t forget about our bi-weekly challenges either, join in the fun and you have a chance to win some fun Rubbernecker products of your own!
