I really do not like spiders at all, so it’s weird that I like this stamp set so much! This is Wicked Web, and it’s in the A Muse Studio holiday catalog along with that wonderful eek die. I have to say I am loving […]
A little birthday posie to share today. This was made using a new set called Simple Swirls, from A Muse Studio. I colored the flower and background using Splash Spray Inks and a water brush. I love how bright the colors are when using Splash this way! I also love how you can let it dry and then add more to create shading. And the colors of Splash match our papers so perfectly too! 🙂
Berry, Bermuda, and Lime Splash Spray Inks
Bermuda, Berry, Blush, Sugar card stocks, and Bristol paper (great for watercolor)
*Staz On Jet Black , and Versafine Deep Black inks
Onyx 1/4 inch stitched ribbon
All these products are available 24/7 in my A Muse Studio online store! (except*palette ink)
Have a fabulous day! Thanks for stopping by!! 🙂
Here’s another card using “You’re a Lifesaver”, from A Muse Studio, colored with our new Peerless Watercolor sheets. Paper colors are Sugar Ocean, and Cherry, with a little Cherry Petite Polka Dot, Bermuda Chevron and Bermuda Petite Stripe. I used our Medium Scalloped Border Die to create the waves for my boat to float on. A bit of Mermaid Baker’s Cording holds the anchor! A tiny spritz of Bermuda Splash ink on the Petite Stripe paper and TA-DA! So happy with how this one turned out! 🙂
I saw this card sketch somewhere…. but for the life of me I can’t remember where! (eek) I am a big believer of giving credit to those that inspire me, so I beg your pardon, and apologize!! 🙂
Have a really great day!! So happy you stopped by! 🙂
“Brushstrokes” is another new set from A Muse Studio, debuting in our new catalog. There are 6 different brushstrokes in this stamp set, and as you can see they make a wonderful background! This is such a simple card, but with a lot of punch. I used the new Fiesta inks again, they are just so lovely! The sentiment is from another new set, “You’re My Fave”, six big bold sentiments that make a perfect focal point on any card all by themselves.
Both of these cards use the same single “Brushstroke” stamp with a completely different look.
